What can I do if my Account verification has been failed?
- If the verification of your account has been failed you can still use our paid services, but you cannot apply for a free trial and you may cannot pay with PayPal or Sofort.
There are multiple reasons why the verifcation has been failed:
- You have multiple accounts
- You have entered invalid details
- You have entered disponsible details
Our customer service is not able to reset the verification process for you. If you have failed the process your account will remain unverified.
